The effects of horse milk

Drinking horse milk activates the intestinal flora and detoxifies the body, as the drink promotes the fermentation of lactic acid - the most desirable, essential acid - in different parts of the body, thereby improving digestion. Bad bacteria, on the other hand, produce residues that are spread throughout the body and irritate it, leading to bad digestion, irregular bowel motion, weariness, rashes or other disorders. A disrupted composition of the intestinal flora also results in a deficiency of important vitamins, minerals and amino acids and, as such, a weakened immune system.

Use of horse milk as a health cure

Horse milk is easily digestible, boosts the immune system, strengthens the body and increases a person’s energy and vitality. It has been used in many countries as a cure against a host of common diseases. For healthy people, an occasional 28-day cure (preferably in spring and autumn) is sufficient to keep one’s intestinal flora and resistance to disease in good shape. During the first weeks of the cure, the results might be negative rather than positive, as it takes some time to eliminate the toxic residues from your blood and tissues. After around four weeks, however, the first results will become clear and most people will feel alleviated. How long the horse milk cure should be followed will depend upon the seriousness of the ailments and the body’s reaction thereto. In many cases, a two- to three-months’ cure is advisable, sometimes longer. After a while you can slowly cut down on the amount of milk. An abrupt stop, however, should be avoided.
